Hello everyone! I’ve been carrying this particular coin for a while now and never able to find out anything at about the coin. In fact at one point I thought it could possibly be a toy of some sort. It’s a 2004 Wisconsin state quarter but is much more small than a normal quarter and also seems to have been struck as a penny. It’s about nickel size and has a rim of copper rim around it. Any info or insight would be greatly appreciated
